OoOOOoOoOoooo who lives in a pineapple under the sea?!?!? Can’t look at a pineapple without thinking of my childhood and Spongebob. The other day when I was making my Lemon Pepper Chicken Kabobs , I couldn’t help but doctor up the pineapple. I was originally going to serve the chicken over a bed of rice and pineapples but decided kabobs were the final display of the day. That being said, I made brown sugar pineapple to go along with our homemade stir fry as the brown sugar, butter, and drizzle of honey made the pineapple taste like a sweet soy sauce. Brown Sugar Pineapple is my new favorite stir fry ingredient!
