Chocolate Banana Ice Cream…. Well well well, I think it’s time to admit that half of my recipes originate from another recipe failing. In this case I was melting chocolate for a chocolate bar snack when I accidentally melted the chocolate for too long without stirring. The outcome was a semi gooey and chalky chocolate at the end!
Now I hope everyone agrees, but wasting chocolate is a sin, so I decided to turn it into an experimental recipe. Not only did I ruin the chocolate, but I also had 3 mushy bananas on hand. Chocolate Banana Ice Cream was the final outcome!
Ok, I know what you’re thinking, this ice cream looks like corn poop (not to get all gross on you). I promise you it might look funny but it tastes delicious! A blender probably would have liquefied the bananas but I was lazy and decided to use a masher instead because I really didn’t think this would turn out.
