Have you ever read the ingredients on the back of a salad dressing bottle? It’s SO disturbing. Half the time it’s just basic ingredients and spices with a million added chemicals to help preserve the dressing. My creamy avocado dressing only contains 8 natural ingredients.
A creamy avocado dressing that’s made out of healthy fats is something I’m always out searching for. After placing too many dressing bottles back on the shelf I decided I’d experiment on my own and see what I could come up with myself. This dressing is perfect for salads, tacos, or even used as a dip. It’s a creamier version of guacamole in my opinion, and you all know I LOVE guacamole.
Pair this dressing with my Avocado Panko Tacos rather than the store bought Southwestern Chipotle (parents, it’s pronounced chee:POT:leh) dressing.
