There’s nothing like a creamy avocado salad dressing that covers each individual leave almost perfectly. Most creamy salad dressings are unhealthy and full of unhealthy fats; however, I whipped up a dressing full of healthy fats and flavor while still maintaining the creamy texture.
This recipe derived from the idea of how much I hate bland kale. I’ve had salads with a oil dressing where the kale still didn’t soak in the dressing. Don’t get me wrong I love that Kale lasts so much longer than regular lettuce or spinach, but I want flavor when I bite into a kale salad. This creamy avocado dressing coats the kale without make the kale mushy. It does take a way a bit of the crunch but not all of it!

A creamy avocado taste with a touch of garlic.
- 1 Avocado
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 3 Tbsp Garlic minced
- Juice of 2 Lemon Wedges
- Salt & Pepper to taste
-
Toss all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
