Garlic Parmesan Roasted Chickpeas

Most people snack on chips… I snack on crispy chickpeas! Eat these as a snack or toss into my Banza Pasta Salad recipe!

Crispy like chips without the calories.

Ingredients
  • 1 can Chickpeas (Garbanzo) rinsed
  • ½ tsp garlic salt OR Trader Joe's Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 1 ½ tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425º

  2. Rinse chickpeas & dry. Option to remove the outer shell of the chickpeas (I leave them on). Add the garlic salt, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil to the rinsed chickpeas. Mix until evenly coated. Spread over a lightly sprayed baking sheet and bake for about 40 minutes or until crunchy. (BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES if you're using this for the salad recipe).

  3. Let cool & enjoy! (Add to recipe if desired).
