Grapefruit Margarita

Grapefruit Margarita

Let’s get margs, please! Love a good margarita every now and then (ok way more than that), but I hate how some are loaded with sugar. Fruit itself is naturally sweet and I personally don’t feel the need for the added sugar (especially when you’re drinking more than one..or three).

I used the juice from an orange to replace the orange liquor (just add more tequila if you don’t want to cut back on the alcohol). Not sure when or where tequila grew on me but it’s like my water. No one in my family enjoys it but that’s ok…more for me!

Drink this margarita along side my Sweet Potato Guacamole and Peach Mango Salsa recipe! I also have vegetarian taco options: Panko Avocado or Panko Cauliflower.
