MMMMMM. Fruit dip – simply reminds me of birthday parties as a child where I would sit around the fruit and dunk the pieces in a sugary fruit dip for hours. Heck, sometimes I would even lick the bowl! That being said, I’ve created a yogurt fruit dip for your next craving.
The other day I had left over fruit and a random 5.3oz container of plain Greek yogurt sitting in my fridge. I couldn’t just let both of those items go to waste so I had to get creative! Plain yogurt is not something I have ever enjoyed by itself. I do not understand how people enjoy this tart and sour yogurt on it’s own (please feel free to share any insight). With peanut butter and honey on hand, I knew just the trick. This yogurt fruit dip is something you can whip up last minute if needed.
Let me know your thoughts in the comments below (emails are not required)! The peanut butter taste in this dip is not overpowering, but rather subtle. You can easily use more honey and omit the peanut butter if you don’t like mixing peanut butter with your fruits (especially berries). I like to add vanilla protein powder instead of the peanut butter sometimes (as long as the protein powder mixes well).
Want to avoid the dip and top your toast with something better, try my tahini butter apple toast instead.
A classic fruit dip with peanut butter, honey, and a bit of vanilla extract.

- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tbsp Organic Peanut Butter creamy
- 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Mix all of the ingredients together in the fruit dip container.
THAT'S IT! Enjoy with fruit, crackers, or graham crackers!
