A healthy version of Banana Bread that doesn’t taste healthy?! This banana bread is soft, moist, and crispy on the edges. I actually used my Mini Banana Bread donut recipe and just added a few ingredients. Perfect for a quick morning bite or after dinner to take care of that sweet tooth. I need something sweet almost immediately after I eat dinner every night. Am I the only one!?
Banana bread always reminds me of growing up. My mom would always make Banana Bread, or her coworkers would send her home with their homemade banana bread around the holidays. Needless to say I couldn’t wait for holiday season! Spread a little butter or top this with organic crunchy peanut butter.
