A healthy version of Banana Bread that doesn’t taste healthy?! This banana bread is soft, moist, and crispy on the edges. I actually used my Mini Banana Bread donut recipe and just added a few ingredients. Perfect for a quick morning bite or after dinner to take care of that sweet tooth. I need something sweet almost immediately after I eat dinner every night. Am I the only one!?
Banana bread always reminds me of growing up. My mom would always make Banana Bread, or her coworkers would send her home with their homemade banana bread around the holidays. Needless to say I couldn’t wait for holiday season! Spread a little butter or top this with organic crunchy peanut butter.
My donut recipe turned into a healthy banana bread. Topped with honey, this is the perfect moist recipe.
- 2 Cups Oat Flour Pulse in a food processor
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Pure Honey
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 3 Ripe Bananas mashed 1 cup
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 1 5.3 oz Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 Eggs

Mix all of the dry ingredients together & mix the wet ingredients together. Slowly fold in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix on low speed or with spoon.

Remove from oven, let cool, and then drizzle with honey.
