If you want a little taste of summer, this peach mango smoothie is the go to smoothie. The peach takes distinct taste over the mango, but it’s the perfect balance!
Mango is one of the fruits that I never really cared for, and to be honest, I still don’t care for the flavor or texture. If it’s mixed in salsas, smoothies, or other foods, I don’t mind the taste.
Plan on using frozen fruit in order to achieve the creamy texture for this smoothie. Add minimal liquid at the beginning and slowly add in a tbsp at a time as desired.

A creamy peach mango smoothie with avocado for extra creaminess.
- 3/4 cup Frozen Peaches
- 1/2 cup Frozen Mango
- 1/4 cup Frozen Avocado*
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- Chia Seeds

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend under creamy and smooth.

Feel free to add more or less almond milk as desired.

Top with extra chia seeds and fruit.
*I usually eat 1/2 and avocado every day or often during the week. If I know I won't use the other half soon I cut the avocado in slices and freeze for later use.
