Oatmeal could not be easier to make. You can microwave oatmeal or make it over the stove and it’s done within 5 minutes, at most.
Peanut Butter Cocoa Oats
- 3/4 cup Plain Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 Tbsp Organic Peanut Butter
- 1 Tbsp Pure Honey
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 Banana
- Dash Cinnamon
Pour the almond milk in a sauce pan and place over low-medium heat.
Pour a dash of cinnamon and vanilla in with the almond milk as it heats up, stir.
Once the cinnamon milk comes to a low boil, pour in the oats and stir until milk is soaked up by the oats. (Stir for about 5 minutes)
Add in the peanut butter, cocoa powder, and honey, stir.
Remove from heat and carefully place into a bowl.
Top with bananas, fruit, or additional toppings of your choosing.
