Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate Pretzel Bark

Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate Pretzel Bark is my new thing! I cannot begin to describe my love for the peanut butter and chocolate combo. You can toss this bark in the fridge if you prefer your chocolate cold while still maintaining the soft and melty chocolate taste.

  • 1/2 Block 72% Dark Cocoa from Trader Joe's
  • 1/2 Block Milk Chocolate from Trader Joe's
  • 3+ Tbsp Organic Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup Crushed Pretzels plus salt crumbs
  • Sprinkle Sea Salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Place the chocolate on a baking sheet with parchment paper and place in over for 5 minutes or until melted (not completely).
  3. Remove from oven and spread with a spatula until about 1/8 inch think.
  4. Drizzle the peanut butter over the bark and use tip of spatula to make designs (optional).
  5. Sprinkle the crushed pretzel pieces while the chocolate is still melted.
  6. Sprinkle the salt and crumbs from the pretzel bag as well.
  7. Add sea salt if you'd like a little bit more salt.
  8. Allow the bark to cool and set (I place mine on marble). You can also place this in the fridge or freezer for a few minutes to speed up the setting process.
  9. Break apart and enjoy!
  10. You may freeze this!
