Peanut Butter Granola Bars

Rice Crispy Peanut Butter Granola Bars

I love a simple peanut butter granola bar that doesn’t contain 900 unnecessary ingredients. Quaker, I love ya but cannot believe how many ingredients are listed for those tiny little Chewy granola bars.

This recipe took a few tries as I couldn’t get the ingredients to stick the first couple of times; however, the maple syrup help bind the mixture together.
