Shake shake shake! A few years ago I was in the mood for a milkshake but didn’t want to consume a thousand calories – so I got creative in the kitchen. This might sound odd but it's delicious, I promise! A super simple recipe that leaves you with a creamy shake packed with protein and less calories.

Ingredients
- 3 Ice cubes
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk plain or vanilla
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder brand of your choice
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 heaping spoonful Almond Butter can substitute peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp Oats

Toss everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Simple as that! Every now and then i'll top it with extra oats.
