Shake shake shake! A few years ago I was in the mood for a milkshake but didn’t want to consume a thousand calories – so I got creative in the kitchen. Turns out that spontaneous experiment led to one of my favorite post workout shakes. Give this protein shake a try and comment below on your thoughts!

This might sound odd but it's delicious, I promise! A super simple recipe that leaves you with a creamy shake packed with protein and less calories.

  • 3 Ice cubes
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk plain or vanilla
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder  brand of your choice
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 heaping spoonful Almond Butter can substitute peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp Oats
  1. Toss everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Simple as that! Every now and then i'll top it with extra oats.
