Combine all of the meat ingredients together until ingredients are evenly mixed and combined. Roll and shape the meat into standard meatball size balls (about 1.5 inch). Spread the meatballs out over the sprayed cooking sheets and bake for 20-25 minutes (mine were cooked perfectly at 20 minutes).
Remove from oven and place into a large mixing bowl.
While the meatballs are cooking in the oven….
Combine all of the sauce ingredients in a small mixing bowl until evenly mixed. Pour the sauce mixture into a sauce pan on medium heat and stir consistently until boiling. Allow the sauce to simmer for 8-10 minutes or until thickened.
Remove from heat and pour over the large bowl of meatballs until evenly coated. Garnish with remaining ¼ cup of green onions and serve over grain of your choice like brown rice or quinoa.
