A fruity smoothie with a creamy light vanilla taste. Packed with protein!
4-8Strawberriesfresh or frozen
1/2cupBlueberriesfresh or frozen
1scoopvanilla protein powder of your choice
1 1/2cupunsweetened original almond milk
3-4ice cubesif you're not using frozen fruit
Get that blender out and ready to go! Frozen fruit is highly recommended if you want a creamier smoothie.
Add 1 cup of almond milk (you can add more if needed as you blend). Toss in the frozen banana (this helps make the smoothie extra creamy). Add the blueberries, strawberries, and ice cubs (optional). Blend the ingredients together on medium until there are little to no visible chunks
Add the protein powder, chia seeds, and spinach (feel free to add in extra almond milk here if needed). Blend again on medium until you have reached the desired consistency
