  • 1 slice Whole Grain Bread or Ezekiel Bread
  • ½ Avocado cubed or mashed
  • ½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tsp Everything Bagel Seasoning from Trader Joe's
  • 1 Egg over easy
  • Sprinkle Cheddar Cheese
  • Butter optional
  1. Toast the bread in a toaster or toaster oven.
  2. Cook the egg on a skillet over low-medium heat (flip).
  3. While the bread is toasting, prepare the avocado.
  4. Remove toast from oven and butter (optional).
  5. Spread the avocado over the toast. Add red pepper flakes. Place the egg on top of the pepper flakes & avocado. Sprinkle cheddar cheese & Everything Bagel Seasoning.
