  • 2 12 oz Cans Albacore Tuna in water
  • 1 Jalapeno diced
  • 1 Small Red Onion diced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
  • Hidden Valley Southwestern Chipotle Dressing
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 4 Cups Spinach
  1. Drain the water from the cans of Tuna and pour tuna into a bowl.
  2. Add the chopped ingredients to the tuna and mix until evenly distributed.
  3. Add the spinach, dressing, and lemon. Toss until mixed.
