Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Bai Raspberry Tea* see note below
  • Juice of 2 Lemon Wedges
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes
  • 1/4 cup Freeze Dried Strawberries or fresh (I use Trader Joe's)
Instructions
  1. Pour the Bai Raspberry Tea into the cup you'll be using.
  2. Squeeze the juice of 2 lemon wedges and mix.
  3. Add in the ice cubes and stir.
  4. Pour in the coconut milk & freeze dried (or fresh) strawberries.
  5. Stir and enjoy!

Bai Raspberry Tea  information can be found here. Bai can typically be found at your local grocery or convenience store. 

I also use Trader Joe's Freeze Dried Strawberries but you can find these just about anywhere. Freeze Dried Fruit is not cheap. 

*You can add a splash of Crystal Light Wild Strawberry powder instead of the Bai if you don't mind the fake sugars. This powder has caffeine and a little goes a long way. If you choose to do this, mix 1/2 cup of water with a little of the powder. Mix until dissolved and then add the rest of the ingredients.
