  • 1 Slice Whole Grain Bread
  • 1 Tbsp Tahini
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 tsp honey to mix with tahini
  • 4-5 Apple Slices sliced thin
  • 1/2 tsp Honey + Drizzle of Honey for garnishing
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  1. Toast the bread until golden brown. I like my toast a little more on the crispy side!
  2. Mix together the Tahini, Peanut Butter, and 1/2 tsp of honey.

  3. Remove toast from toaster/toaster oven and spread the honey tahini mixture on top.
  4. Add the THINLY sliced apple slices to a small skillet pan and cook the apple slices for a few minutes over low-medium heat until warm. You can also just add the raw slices to the bread if you prefer room temp/cold.
  5. Place the apples on top of the tahini toast and drizzle with honey and chia seeds.
