  • 1/4 cup Popcorn Kernels
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 3 Tbsp Parmesan grated (powder like-dry)
  1. Heat the oil in a large sauce pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the kernels to the pot and cover.
  3. Make sure to move the pan around so the kernels do not burn.
  4. Shake the pot over heat as the kernels begin to pop.
  5. Remove from heat as soon as the popcorn stops popping within 4 seconds of one another and pour into bowl.
  6. Spray with olive oil (I have a little spritzer bottle) and add Parmesan. Add more salt if desired.
