Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup Frozen Peaches
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Mango
  • 1/4 cup Frozen Avocado*
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • Chia Seeds
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend under creamy and smooth.
  2. Feel free to add more or less almond milk as desired.
  3. Top with extra chia seeds and fruit.
Recipe Notes

*I usually eat 1/2 and avocado every day or often during the week. If I know I won't use the other half soon I cut the avocado in slices and freeze for later use.
