  • 3 Ice Cubs
  • 1 cup Original Almond Milk unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries or fresh
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1/3 cup Frozen Cauliflower
  • 1/2 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • Handful Rolled Oats
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds optional
  1. Toss everything in a blender and blend until smooth. You may have to add more almond milk.
Recipe Notes

*I prefer using frozen fruit and veges in order to thicken the smoothie. Fresh fruit and veges will make the smoothie more liquid based.
