Ingredients
  • 1 Bag Shishito Peppers Trader Joe's
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce Low Sodium
  • 1 1/2 tsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic
  • 1/3 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter organic
  • 1 Heaping Tbsp Ground Fresh Chili Paste
  • Juice 1 Lemon Wedge
  • Dash Garlic Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to Low Broil.
  2. Aside from the peppers, toss all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  3. Add a few peppers to a bowl at a time and toss in the sauce.
  4. Once marinated, add the peppers to a baking sheet and bake for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden, sizzling, and crispy.
  5. You can also cook this on a skillet over low medium head instead.
  6. Remove and serve by themselves or over a bed of rice!
