  • 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon more if desired
  1. Boil the almond milk (or water/milk of your choice).
  2. Add the oats and cinnamon and stir for a minute or so.
  3. Add in the vanilla, pumpkin Puree, and honey.
  4. Once the water is mostly absorbed (but not completely), stir in the almond butter.
  5. Add more cinnamon and honey if desired.
  6. Remove, let cool a bit, and enjoy!
